Projects funded by EuroTechPostdoc must be collaborative projects involving at least 2 EuroTech Universities. This has to be considered in the planning of an application as the collaboration has to be pre-arranged.
The purpose of the collaboration is to enhance scientific skills, interdisciplinarity, and transnational mobility of the researchers. The fellows will develop mandatory collaborative projects across scientific and national borders through secondments and other formats for academic and intersectoral collaboration, like short visits, field research, virtual tools (web conferences).
Research stays should be in the range of 3 to 6 months in total at another participating university.
The fellow will gain a lot from this. In addition to the options offered at the host, the fellows will also have access to the co-host’s research infrastructure and innovation environments, including the co-host’s support measures for developing careers as an entrepreneur or for promoting entrepreneurial skills. This collaboration will enhance the fellows’ personal and professional development, and extend their international research network and their international non-academic network with the networks of the co-host.
